RITZ wanted to do somtehing different for
the NCAA tournament. Instead of focusing on the players, our team dedicated the work to honoring the backbone of the success of
a team: the hard-working team managers.

Featured as the star of our spot was Reid Demelo, a real volunteer basketball team manager and Special Olympics athlete.
